Return & Refund Policy

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase at The Lavender Dew, you consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to it terms. 

You can review the most current version of the Returns & Refunds Policy at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Return & Refund Policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Returns

We have a fourteen (14) day return policy. This means you have fourteen (14) days from the date the package is received to request a return. If approved, the return must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the return request approval date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All dog products must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Candles cannot be used, trimmed, or burnt. We will verify that an order was placed to confirm proof of purchase. To expedite the process, provide your order number when sending the return request.

To start a return, log into your account and send a return request. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for us to review your request before contacting us. If your return is accepted we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns have a $10.00 flat rate return shipping fee. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All items need to be repackaged securely in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received the return we will inspect the condition of the item and after approval of the requested refund, we will process your return. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item(s) for us to process the return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item appears like it has been worn or used, no longer has the tag or it is not with the original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We may request photos of the items received to confirm damage or that the wrong product was sent. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not allow exchanges. If you would like to return an item for a different one, please send a return request through your account. Once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Product Availability and Limitations

We reserve the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. We work very hard to ensure our item quantities available for purchase are accurate. In the event we are unable to supply an item you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full, not to exceed the total amount paid.
