Shipping Policy

This shipping policy outlines the term and conditions that The Lavender Dew uses to process and ships orders. 

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase at The Lavender Dew, you consent to our Shipping Policy and agree to it terms. 

You can review the most current version of the Shipping Policy at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Shipping Policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Processing Times

Order processing times vary based on order volume. Generally we fulfill and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped either on Mondays or Wednesdays to avoid our packages sitting for extended periods of time in hot facilities or trucks over the weekends.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing higher than normal order volume, fulfillment times and shipments may be delayed.

Shipping Times

Our shipping carriers include the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Postal Service (UPS). Both carriers offer a variety of domestic shipping speeds. Those choices will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout in real time based upon your location and the weight of your package.

Shipping Confirmation 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s). Please allow twenty-four (24) hours for the tracking number(s) to update. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times will depend on the carrier. Once the package is scanned by the carrier, we no longer have control over how long the package will take to arrive. The Lavender Dew is not liable for any delays, re-routes, failed deliveries, or lost packages, however, we do want you to receive the order that you paid for, so please contact us at jessicabequette@lavenderdew.co if you have questions about your order status. If the package appears to be lost, we may direct you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

You will receive an Out for Delivery notification via email once your order is out for delivery.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We may request photos of the items received to confirm damage or that the wrong product was sent.
